Roles and Responsibilities

  • Act as a business analyst supporting Cisco Voice and Unified Communications solutions
  • Analyze product and operational data trends to define, create, and track KPIs
  • Support product rollouts by providing insights, metrics, and performance analysis
  • Develop scripts using Python to automate analysis, reporting, and operational tasks
  • Create clear, comprehensive technical and end-user documentation
  • Present project updates, insights, and key messaging to stakeholders and leadership
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support programs and initiatives
  • Provide operational support and act as an escalation point for complex issues
  • Support in-house and third-party applications related to unified communications
  • Work effectively under pressure and manage tight delivery timelines
  • Participate in out-of-hours support when required
