Roles and Responsibilities
- Act as a business analyst supporting Cisco Voice and Unified Communications solutions
- Analyze product and operational data trends to define, create, and track KPIs
- Support product rollouts by providing insights, metrics, and performance analysis
- Develop scripts using Python to automate analysis, reporting, and operational tasks
- Create clear, comprehensive technical and end-user documentation
- Present project updates, insights, and key messaging to stakeholders and leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support programs and initiatives
- Provide operational support and act as an escalation point for complex issues
- Support in-house and third-party applications related to unified communications
- Work effectively under pressure and manage tight delivery timelines
- Participate in out-of-hours support when required
