We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Trade Floor Voice Engineer
Role Purpose:
Trade Floor Voice BAU SME: Real Time Comms (RTC) is responsible for leading the global domain responsible for design, engineering, support, operational management and end-to-end business management for the entire Trade Floor infrastructure within the region for HSBC., These include commercial voice turret; private cable and related services; media recording services and calls related to commercial floor infrastructure.
Main Activities:
The objective of the position is to provide all HSBC lines of business with a highly stable, cost-effective and highly functional operating floor infrastructure., These responsibilities include:
Overee all Traide Floor Voice technologies with concentration on Dealerboards.
Quickly identify, resolve, and prevent problems with setting expectations for multiple businesses simultaneously.
