Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Trivandrum for a Voice Processing Executive. The role involves handling and processing data, executing order processing tasks accurately, and conducting comprehensive market research. The Voice Processing Executive will also manage customer communications effectively, ensure timely reporting, and provide insights through analytical evaluations to support company goals.

Qualifications

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow-up.
• Proven Analytical Skills to evaluate data and generate actionable insights
• Experience with Data Processing and Order Processing, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in tasks
• Familiarity with Market Research practices to gather and analyze market trends
• Adaptability, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Previous experience in voice processing or customer service is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
