Responsibilities

  • Review completeness and compliance of documents received.

  • Verify accuracy of agent and license information.

  • Analyze data to determine appropriate handling.

  • Encode agent, license, and commission details accurately.

  • Update agent records and create/post correspondences as needed.

  • Identify next steps based on workflow and initiate transactions.

Qualifications

  • Open to college graduates, associate degree holders, and undergraduates with at least 2 years of college completed.

  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in insurance, healthcare, or financial accounts (any or combined).

  • Willing to work full-time onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa City .

  • Flexible with shifting schedules and holiday work.
