Job Summary

Our client is seeking a results-driven and technically adept VoIP Engineer with over 4 years of hands-on experience in designing deploying and optimizing enterprise-grade VoIP solutions. The successful candidate will have demonstrated expertise in configuring SIP trunks deploying and managing Session Border Controllers (SBCs) and maintaining complex IP PBX systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design deploy and optimize VoIP solutions for enterprise environments
  • Configure and manage SIP trunks with major service providers
  • Deploy and manage Session Border Controllers (SBCs) for secure VoIP communications
  • Maintain and troubleshoot complex IP PBX systems across various platforms including:
    • Grandstream UCM
    • Yeastar S-Series
    • 3CX v20
    • Asterisk FreePBX
