Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Telephony Engineer with strong expertise in Vonage telephony systems to design, implement, and support enterprise-grade communication solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing cloud-based telephony platforms, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Telephony Engineer or in a similar role.
Strong hands-on experience with Vonage telephony systems (Vonage Business, Vonage Communications APIs, or Contact Center solutions).
Proficiency in one or more backend programming languages such as Java, C# or Python.
Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development, webhooks and asynchronous processing.
Solid understanding of Vo IP technologies, SIP, RTP, PBX, and call routing concepts.
