We re looking for an experienced and motivated VoIP QA Engineer Key Responsibilities Proficient knowledge in telephony infrastructure and design including PBX VoIP and SIP trunking IVR SBC Media Gateways Clear concept of Manual Testing of VoIP Web Mobile App Testing and API Testing Expertise in creating test plans for system level subsystem level and feature level testing Proficient in writing test scenarios and test cases for comprehensive software testing including both positive and negative cases Additionally the candidates should have exposure to AI-driven testing approaches such as using AI tools for test case generation call flow analysis automation assistance in VoIP system Documentation skills good interpersonal skills Self Driven Ownership of end-end delivery of assigned responsibilities Established knowledge of the practices and principles of telecommunication systems analysis planning design and problem resolution Experience in use of Softphones ...
