Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Master's degree preferable
• English level (Fluent)
• 5 years of minimum experience in this position or similar preferably in the automotive industry
• 5 Years of minimal experience on similar position.
• Demonstrable experience in minimum production planning, demand forecast, supply chain, manufacturing process and Inventory levels

Technical Knowledge:

• Microsoft Office 365 – advanced

Job Description :

• Guarantee the total availability of Peugeot products and fulfillment of the stages of production plan. Understanding total availability Volume in required Mix at right time and place.

STRATEGIC: 30%

• Calculate the annual production to ensure that we can accomplish the sales forecast to fulfill the business.
• Participate actively in the S&D process, developing demand plans, to be used in the planning of other areas such as logistics, sales, financial and supply chain. Ensure the planning execution.
• Coordinate business areas to ensure that the monthly wholesale will be achieve.

OPERATIONAL: 55%

• Calculate the total availability for current month to get the wholesale target agreement.
• Generate Allocation in a monthly basis
• Calculate demand plan for Peugeot vehicles according with monthly sales forecast.
• Generate Production Demand Request file according with the S&D Agreement.
• Generate Allocation accomplish report in a daily basis during ordering period.
• Follow up vehicles flow through all stages from ordering to deliver to dealer.

RESOURCE MANAGEMENT: 15%

• Production volume for short term plan.
• Peugeot stock inventory for Dealer, Retail, Fleet and corporate units.
