The Role

We’re looking for a motivated, enthusiastic social media content creator with a passion for sustainability to work with our friendly, dynamic team to inspire people around the world to make a better future.

As part of THRIVE, you will have the opportunity to:

• Champion new initiatives.


• Help shape our thrivability efforts.


• Meet regularly with team members.


• Present ideas to people from a variety of disciplines.

Your efforts will enrich our social media platforms and help inspire people to create a thrivable future.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish posts for one of our social media platforms


• Amplify the reach of our other online content, such as webinars, videos and blog articles.


• Monitor post engagement and suggest improvements as needed


• Assist with graphic design for social media posts as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Communications, Media, or related field.


• Fluency in written English


• At least 1 year of commercial experience (or equivalent) in creating social media content


• Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Requirements

• Willingness to learn new skills


• The ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.


• The ability to be proactive and self-manage your time.


• A self-driven mindset to make a better future for all.


• Excellent communication and organisation skills.


• Well-developed problem-solving abilities.
