Summary

  • The Volunteer Program Specialist is responsible for assignment, coordination and supervision of all volunteer activities of the Hospice Program. 

  • Responsible for recruitment, screening, training, evaluation and ongoing education of Hospice volunteers.

  • Works with clients of all ages.

  • Supports and demonstrates Family Centered Care when interacting with patients, their families and with co-workers.

    • Schedule 

  • Full-Time | 64 hours every two weeks
  • Monday - Friday, Day shift 8:00AM to 4:30PM
  • Occasional evenings and weekend shifts for special events

  • Starting pay begins at $19.91 per hour and increases with experiencePay range: $19.91 - $29.87 per hour
