Job Overview: Search Solution Group is seeking a VP, Customer Lifecycle on behalf of our client, a high-quality car wash service company focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences. This executive role is responsible for owning and advancing the end-to-end customer lifecycle strategy, with a strong emphasis on increasing customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value. Key Responsibilities: Develop and own the customer lifecycle strategy across owned channels to drive engagement, loyalty, and customer lifetime value Define, optimize, and manage the full customer lifecycle including acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, renewal, and win-back Build and execute customer segmentation strategies to personalize experiences and increase loyalty Own and manage KPIs including churn reduction, renewal rates, CLV, and Net Promoter Score (NPS) Lead analytics and insights for omnichannel communication strategies including email, SMS, in-app messaging, on-site signage, and lo...
