Functions:
- Strategically build company digital sales funnel
- Planning and forecasting, budgeting
- Expand and optimise performance of existing channels
- Systematically develop and explore new channels
- Optimise and drive conversion throughout the full sales funnel
- Pitch growth opportunities and business cases for investment
- Ensuring growth opportunities made across the business are well implemented and supported by digital and eCommerce
- Driving commercial performance through the online sales funnel and customer lifecycle
- Maximise opportunities to convert customers with temporary and seasonal offers. Experience or awareness within luxury sector important
