Embark on a transformative journey as VP – Engineering Manager, Private Bank & Wealth Management (PBWM) in Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) as the Engineering Manager (VP) for Valpre, our flagship colleague experience platform that unifies CLM journeys through a single, 'build once, use everywhere' framework. Valpre simplifies fragmented colleague journeys, consolidates 20+ touchpoints, and accelerates onboarding and servicing across PBWM. You will lead the engineering squads building and operating Valpre—spanning the WebApp Bridge, micro‑frontends, xAPI/entitlements, domain APIs, and the central API Gateway—to deliver secure, resilient, high‑quality experiences for PBWM bankers and operations colleagues worldwide
