VP, Financial Services Representatives Manager

D.A. Davidson, an employee-owned Financial Services firm, is seeking a dynamic and driven leader to manage Davidson’s Financial Services Representative (FSR)Team. The FSR Manager will communicate team capabilities internally and educate Advisors on the opportunity for increased productivity resulting from a disciplined process of book segregation and referral of appropriate clients.

In this producing role, the FSR Manager will act as a player-coach leading the FSR team to contribute to the firm’s profitability goals and objectives, support firm productivity measurements, and deliver exceptional client service.

Experience and Skills

Qualifications:
* Required industry exams: Series 7, 66 (or combination of Series 63 and 65) and 9 and 10 (or combination of Series 24, 4, and 53).
* 5+ years licensed brokerage experience required.
