VP, Global Controller

Position Overview

The VP, Global Controller is a senior executive role reporting directly to the Chief Accounting Officer. This leader oversees global teams responsible for corporate accounting (including technical accounting), financial reporting and consolidation, general ledger, accounts payable, travel & expense (T&E), payroll, audit management, and global accounting operations. The role is pivotal in driving Diligent's AI-first transformation, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and scalable growth across all accounting functions.
