Summary of Position

The Vice President of People, North America provides executive-level leadership and guidance to the organization’s HR operations for North America. This role is responsible for identifying and implementing long-range strategic talent management goals and setting and maintaining legally compliant human resources policies and procedures. The Vice President will serve in a leadership capacity across global HR initiatives providing subject matter expertise and guidance to meet needs for the North American business. This position reports directly to the CEO of North America and the Chief People Officer. 

Essential Functions

  • Partner with senior leaders to design and deliver a North America people strategy aligned with business priorities.

  • Lead talent acquisition and workforce planning to support business needs, with a focus on improving time-to-fill metrics and ensuring high-quality, long-term hires.
