To enable Mars Petcare 2030 objectives of growth and the transformation of a pet parent experience, the VP Insights Mars Petcare plays a pivotal role. This role leads the research, understanding, and interpretation the existing and trending needs, behaviors, and attitudes of pet owners. The role also identifies pet parent pain points that could be solved with Petcare wide solutions and drive strategic decisions across Petcare products and services, ensuring they are tailored to meet the evolving demands/needs of pets and pet parents. The role will partner with the Insight teams in the Petcare divisions and with partners to create a holistic understanding of Pet and Pet parents, leverage data-driven approaches to uncover actionable insights that focus on improving End to End Pet Parent journeys and what is required to optimize the drivers and levers to enhance Pet Parent satisfa...
