The Vice President of IT Enablement is a strategic and operational leader responsible for orchestrating the IT organization's delivery functions and fostering a culture of business alignment, innovation, and continuous improvement. Reporting directly to the CIO and serving as a peer to the IT executive team, this role will build and lead a scalable, future-ready Program Management Office (PMO) that translates strategic imperatives into tangible business outcomes.
