About the Role

A leading financial services organization is hiring a VP of Data Engineering to own the data function end-to-end and build a modern, scalable foundation for analytics, reporting, and AI use cases.

This is a high-impact leadership role for someone with true executive presence who can set strategy, lead teams, and drive modernization, but is also hands-on when needed. You’ll partner closely with the CTO and business stakeholders to turn data into a real strategic advantage across the company.

What You’ll Do

• Own enterprise data strategy, architecture, and delivery across the organization
• Lead modernization of the data platform (legacy → cloud-native), including warehouse / lakehouse direction
• Build and scale a high-performing data engineering team (onshore / offshore)
