VP of Finance

🚀 We’re Hiring: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

We are seeking a senior finance leader to join our organization for the position of *Chief Financial Officer (KMP)* for the below responsibilities;

🔹 Lead end-to-end Finance & Accounting

🔹 Corporate Governance & Compliance

🔹 Manage cash flow, working capital & banking (CC, TL, LC, BG)

🔹 Oversee budgeting, costing & profitability

🔹 Provide timely and accurate financial insights to the CEO, Board, and Senior Leadership

🔹 Handle Audits, GST & Income Tax compliance

🔹 Support management with strategic financial decisions

🔹 Review of MIS Reports, financial statements, and Board reports

🔹 Ensure robust internal controls and other relevant policies as may be applicable

🔹 Drive strategic initiatives to support business growth, operational efficiency, and long-term value and strengthen risk management frameworks

🔹 Handle such other tasks as may be assigned by management from time to time

*Ideal Candidate:*

✔ Professional qualification such as CA/CMA/ CPA/ ACCA or CFA preferred

✔ 10 years experience in manufacturing / export-oriented business

✔ Strong exposure to banking, audits & cash flow management

✔ Leadership mindset with hands-on approach
