Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Head to lead our sales operations, drive revenue growth and build a scalable customer acquisition strategy. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to improve conversions and expand product reach
  • Monitor daily sales performance, analyse key metrics, and prepare MIS reports
  • Handle escalated client issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and optimize the sales pipeline for efficiency and growth
  • Train team members on sales scripts, product knowledge, objection handling, and closing techniques
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Operations teams for smooth campaign execution and workflow
  • Conduct daily review meetings, track performance, and motivate the team to achieve targets


Requirements

  • 6–8 years of experience in Sales / Business Development
  • Mandatory experience in team handling and target-driven sales environments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi & English
  • Strong leadership, analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills
  • Highly target-oriented with a proactive and growth-focused mindset
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools, MS Excel, and sales reporting
