The Vice President, Operational Excellence, is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the organization's Health, Safety & Environment, Disability Management, and Quality Assurance (HSEQ) programs across all regions. This executive role ensures regulatory compliance, drives continuous improvement, and fosters a culture of safety, environmental stewardship, inclusivity, and quality excellence. The Vice President leads strategic initiatives, manages risk, and provides guidance to senior leadership, project teams, and field operations to achieve corporate objectives.
