About this Role

We are seeking a strategic and visionary Process Excellence Senior Manager to lead the Process Excellence practice within VOIS Intelligent Operations. This role is pivotal in driving data-driven insights, identifying inefficiencies, and enabling transformation across service lines, Vodafone operating companies, and Group functions. The individual will design and implement methodologies, manage stakeholder relationships, and deploy digital and data strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams. The role demands a high level of influence across global markets and ownership of long-term roadmaps to support VOIS’s ambition to be the partner of choice for Vodafone.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the Process Excellence function and Centre of Excellence (CoE) within Intelligent Operations.
  • Build and manage a transformation backlog and forecast process areas for improvement.
  • Promote centralised architecture and licensing for Signavio to optimise cost and reuse.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver value-driven outcomes.
  • Design reusable deployment approaches for RPA, ML, and AI capabilities.
  • Drive benefit case analysis and demand management processes.
  • Establish innovation centres to showcase use cases and build confidence.
  • Coach and mentor teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain delivery plans, manage risks, and ensure governance.
  • Liaise with stakeholders for SLT reporting and dashboarding.
  • Encourage team initiatives for continuous improvement and strategic alignment.
  • Who you are

  • Experienced in managing multicultural change programmes.
  • Skilled in stakeholder communication from Director level to process operators.
  • Proficient in process software such as Signavio.
  • Capable of navigating conflicting priorities and expectations.
  • Able to simplify complex business-system interactions.
  • SAFe certification and SCRUM Master experience (desirable).
  • Confident in decision-making and critical thinking.
  • Strategic thinker with high influence across global teams.
