About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Loan Product Management team within the Regional Mid Cap & SME Product and Propositions team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing/ developing product, process enhancements, and governance activities, ensuring operational excellence and strategic alignment. This role requires a strong background in loan products, with preferred experience in relationship management, and the ability to collaborate across various functions to drive key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the management and strategic development of loan products and related activities.
  • Drive process improvements, system enhancements, and operational efficiencies.
  • Oversee compliance, risk management, and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support product innovation and business growth.
  • Manage governance, reporting, and contractual relationships.

    • Requirements

  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in loan or credit products, with a strong understanding of product lifecycle management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Previous experience in Relationship Management (RM) within IBG is preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills to drive product initiatives across cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
