Designation: Vice President – Sales
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reports To: Directors
Purpose: To lead and drive the organisation’s revenue generation, sales strategy, and market positioning across all real‑estate projects. The VP – Sales is accountable for building a high‑performance in‑house sales engine, nurturing a strong channel partner network, and ensuring optimal sales velocity with a 70:30 ratio between direct and channel sales. The role requires balancing strategic oversight with hands‑on execution — from market mapping and budgeting to team leadership, compliance, and brand representation.
