Your Tasks

  • Lead and motivate a team of 25 employees, including 4–5 direct reports (., Regional Sales Managers in UK, France, Italy, Germany, Netherlands, and Portugal)
  • Full revenue responsibility for new sales in Europe
  • Manage and develop international direct sales and dealer network across Europe, focusing on Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Benelux, Scandinavia, Italy, Central and Eastern Europe
  • Ensure optimal market coverage through all relevant sales channels (Key Accounts, dealers, rental, used vehicles)
  • Collaborate closely with Used Sales and Rental teams to drive complementary sales channels
  • Prepare sales forecasts, market analyses, and competitive intelligence for strategic development
