Lead, manage, and develop the Sales team through effective leadership, coaching, and performance management to ensure sustained high performance and professional growth.
Drive profitable short- and long-term sales growth within the railway segment, taking ownership of budget achievement, forecasting accuracy, and overachievement of targets.
Define and execute sales and market strategies for Rolling Stock and Rail Communications, including business planning, budgeting, and alignment with Group Strategy.
Lead complex, solution-based sales activities and product launches, positioning new and existing technologies to meet market and customer requirements.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships while collaborating closely with Engineering, T&O, S&BD, and Customer Service to ensure technology adoption and operational excellence.
