A leading global investment organisation is hiring a senior, hands-on Voice & Unified Communications Engineer to design, build, and operate enterprise-scale voice and collaboration platforms supporting business-critical and regulated environments.

This is a technical engineering role, not operational support — ideal for someone who enjoys ownership of complex voice ecosystems across cloud collaboration, enterprise telephony, and trading voice platforms.

What Youll Be Responsible For

Unified Communications Engineering

• Design and engineer global collaboration platforms including Microsoft Teams and Zoom

• Own enterprise voice architecture including dial plans, routing, policies, security, and compliance

• Build and manage telephony and video conferencing endpoints, including meeting rooms and soft clients
