VP, Solution Delivery (Domain Lead)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Domain Head to lead and drive the strategic development and governance of the GO Portal and End User Development (EUD) platforms, including VBA, Python desktop applications and Microsoft Power Automate. As the subject matter expert (SME), you will be the central point of contact for all related tools and solutions within Group Operations, ensuring alignment with business needs, technology standards, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the GO Portal and EUD domain strategy to support business automation and process optimisation across Group Operations.
• Serve as the SME and trusted advisor for all solutions built on GO Portal, VBA, Python and Power Automate platforms.
