VP - Windows Server Engineering Lead

Job Description

Development, delivery, and maintenance of high-quality infrastructure solutions to fulfil business requirements ensuring measurable reliability, performance, availability, and ease of use.

Monitoring of IT infrastructure and system performance to measure, identify, address, and resolve any potential issues, vulnerabilities, or outages.

Development and implementation of automated tasks and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention, utilising software scripting/coding disciplines.

Implementation of a secure configuration and measures to protect infrastructure against cyber-attacks, vulnerabilities, and other security threats, including protection of hardware, software, and data from unauthorised access.

Desired Profile

Proven engineering lead experience within a global team. Able to demonstrate technical expertise and ability to make decisions both tactically and strategically, solve problems.

Experience of managing large teams of varying capabilities from early careers to expert engineers.

Expert level capability in Windows Server. Experience of configuration management tooling, IaC and scripting languages

Proactively Identifies and mitigate risks that can negatively impact our products and business goals.
