Job Overview :

We are looking for a motivated and experienced team lead to join our growing team of campaign management. The hire will be responsible for managing a unsecured lending and cards portfolio management campaign team in the design, execution, and optimization of data-driven marketing campaigns in alignment with business priorities and strategies while ensuring operational excellence, as well as driving the adoption of GenAI use cases.

This role sits at the intersection of campaign operations and GenAI enablement, working closely with regional and local stakeholders to translate GenAI concepts into practical, production-ready use cases embedded in day-to-day data and business workflows on top of campaign management responsibility.
