The VP/President of Construction will provide the high-level management of the construction division for a leading developer responsible for landmark projects and growing their general contracting business.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership in cultivating and sustaining high-performing trade partner relationships, ensuring strong alignment with organizational goals and long-term strategic delivery. Oversee enterprise-level scheduling, budgeting, estimating, value engineering, and contract governance across a high-volume construction portfolio totaling $200M-$500M under active execution.
