VTODrone Pilot

We are looking for a skilled VTOL Drone Pilot to operate and test advanced Vertical Take-Off andLanding (VTOL) unmanned aerial systems (UAS) for defense and strategic applications. This role

involves hands-on flight operations, mission planning, and collaboration with engineering teams to

ensure optimal performance and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate VTOL drones for testing, validation, and operational missions.

• Conduct pre-flight checks, mission planning, and post-flight analysis.

• Execute flight tests under varying conditions to assess performance and reliability.

• Record and report flight data, anomalies, and provide feedback for system improvements.

• Ensure compliance with DGCA and internal safety protocols during all operations.

• Assist in developing SOPs for VTOL drone operations.

• Support integration and troubleshooting of payloads and avionics systems.
