Vutek Operator

Overview

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Vutek Operator to set up run and maintain large-format Vutek printers. Must have strong color skills mechanical aptitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate wide-format Vutek printers; load media inks and curing systems.
• Prepare files perform color management (ICC profiles soft proofing).
• Start up maintain and clean printers per guidelines; monitor print quality.
• Troubleshoot issues; coordinate with service if needed.
• Manage media inventory and basic maintenance; ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with prepress/finishing/shipping to meet deadlines.
• Document job settings and quality checks for repeatability.
