Dynamic Wheel Co. , part of the National Tyre & Wheel Group, is seeking a driven and experienced Account Manager to join our team in Perth, WA. This is a full‑time field‑based role with a company vehicle included, offering the perfect blend of autonomy, customer engagement, and career growth.

Based out of our Perth office, you’ll manage and grow key accounts across Western Australia, including metro, regional, and rural areas. Monthly travel within the state is required.

What you'll be doing

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers in your territory
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base
  • Coordinate product and service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Provide regular updates and reporting on account performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and support growth
  • Contribute to sales strategy and business development initiatives

What we're looking for

  • Proven success in account management – ideally in sales or automotive
  • Strong, proven sales experience in the aftermarket wheel wholesale or retail market
  • Knowledge and understanding of the technical aspects of wheels and vehicle fitment
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Strong negotiation and problem‑solving abilities
  • Self‑motivated with a collaborative mindset
  • CRM proficiency and data‑savvy
