Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Waiters/Waitresses to join our friendly team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for providing excellent service, taking orders accurately, serving food and beverages efficiently, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
Present menus and provide detailed information on menu items, specials, and beverages.
Answer guest questions about ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens.
Take accurate food and beverage orders using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
Relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff promptly and accurately.
Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor tables and anticipate guest needs, such as drink refills, additional condiments, or assistance.
Process guest payments accurately using the POS system and handle cash and credit card transactions.
Clear and reset tables efficiently after guests depart.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including service stations and dining areas.
Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
Collaborate effectively with other team members, including kitchen staff, bartenders, and bussers.
Handle guest complaints and concerns with grace and efficiency, escalating issues to management when necessary.
Stay updated on menu changes, specials, and promotions.
