About The Role

As a Waiter / Waitress at Mandarin Oriental Ritz, Madrid, you will deliver flawless front‑of‑house service across our restaurants and events. You will work closely with the Kitchen, Sommelier and Banqueting teams to ensure timely execution, impeccable presentation and memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests, take orders and provide menu guidance and recommendations with professionalism and warmth.
  • Serve food and beverages following MOHG standards and plating/service protocols; ensure correct presentation and timing.
  • Support event and banqueting operations: prepare, set and dismantle rooms; assist service teams during events.
