Job Description
We are seeking a polished, attentive, and guest-oriented Waiter to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will deliver outstanding service, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain the high standards expected in a 5-star dining environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests professionally and escort them to their tables.
Present menus, explain specials, and offer recommendations as needed.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system.
Serve food and drinks promptly, following proper service standards.
Monitor tables throughout service to anticipate guest needs.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with courtesy and efficiency.
Clear and reset tables in a timely and organized manner.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.
Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
Uphold hotel policies, grooming standards, and 5-star service etiquette.
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience as a Waiter in a luxury hotel or fine-dining restaurant.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction.
Good command of English and Arabic (French is a plus).
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Presentable appearance and professional demeanor.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
