As a Waiter/Waitress at Roka, you'll be at the heart of our guest experience. You'll create memorable moments, embody our vibrant restaurant energy, and play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards that define the Roka experience. 

ROKA is a collection of contemporary Japanese Robatayaki
restaurants. Roka Santorini boasts beautiful views of the Aegean Sea, providing
the perfect setting to experience a spectacular Santorini sunset while
indulging in Roka's signature robatayaki cuisine. ROKA embodies the spirit
of coming together and sharing a collective dining experience, (RO) symbolises
the atmosphere and (KA), the heat of fire from the Robata. Roka Santorini is
proud to be part of the Azumi collection.

Main Duties
Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Provide warm, efficient service that enhances guest satisfaction
  • Keep the pass area organized and monitor tables to anticipate service needs
  • Respond quickly and professionally to guest requests, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Set up the restaurant to standards and follow cleaning routines to maintain a welcoming atmosphere
  • Stay informed about the menu and products to confidently assist guests
