About the Role

Mandatory Requirements:


  • International Voice Support Experience - Must Have
  • Excellent Communication Skills Speak, Read, and Write fluently in English
  • Outstanding Customer Handling Skills
  • Willingness to Work Night Shifts
  • 100% Work from Office Bengaluru Location

  • Engage with international customers to resolve queries and provide outstanding support.
  • Build rapport through active listening, empathy, and professional communication.
  • Deliver solutions by understanding customer needs and navigating internal processes.
  • Maintain high standards of ethics, integrity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Adapt to evolving tools, technologies, and workflows with agility.


Required Skill Set:


General Skills:


  • Excellent communication and soft skills.
  • Ability to structure calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Empathy-driven approach to customer interactions.
  • Positive, polite, and professional demeanor.


Technical Skills:


  • Basic understanding of client processes and workflows.
  • Ability to identify routine issues and resolve them effectively.
  • Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new tools and systems.

Qualifications:


  • Prior experience in customer service or contact center roles preferred.
  • Open to graduates from any stream with strong communication skills.


Preferred: Basic understanding or any customer support certification

  • Any 2 government-issued photo IDs (PAN / Aadhar / Voter ID / Passport)
  • All original academic documents for verification:
  • 10th & 12th Marksheets
  • Graduation (All Semesters, CMM, Provisional & Degree Certificate)


Laptops & cameras are not permitted due to security restrictions.


Government ID is mandatory for entry into the campus.
