About the Role
:The Senior Executive will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure, ensuring high system uptime, and maintaining ITGC compliance across the region. The role includes device refresh, technical support, application uptime, and driving safety and sustainability initiatives.
The incumbent will report to the Senior Manager. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team, and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure IT General Controls (ITGC) compliance across all systems.
Compliance (as per the target) on the remediation dashboard for Windows/Chrome end users
Endpoint Protection, Encryption, and Patching
Oversee operations, upgrades, preventive maintenance, and proactive support of IT infrastructure to maintain uptime
