Walk -in interview Instrumentation Engineer

We are looking for experienced engineers at our Dahej and Ankleshwar site, Gujarat.

Positions:

1. Instrumentation engineer

•BE/diploma in instrumentation engineer with 3 to 8 years.

Job Location: Ankleshwar / Dahej

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in PLC/SCADA Troubleshooting, calibration, process instrumentation , and troubleshooting within a chemical Industries or Pigment manufacturing environment . The role demands strong technical capability in maintaining process control systems and optimizing plant performance.

Key Responsibilities:

PLC -SCADA & Control Systems:

• Perform DCS programming and configuration (preferably ABB/Siemens or similar systems)
• Support changes in logic, alarms, and interlocks as per process requirements

Instrumentation Maintenance:

• Conduct routine calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of field instruments (pressure, flow, level, temperature transmitters)
• Maintain health and reliability of PLC/DCS-connected field devices

Process Optimization:

• Analyze process data and suggest improvements in instrument loop performance for energy and efficiency optimization
• Coordinate with production and process teams to fine-tune control parameters

Documentation & Compliance:

• Maintain calibration records, loop diagrams, and preventive maintenance checklists
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory norms during instrument maintenance

Breakdown & Troubleshooting:

• Rapidly identify and rectify faults in instrumentation during breakdowns
• Provide root cause analysis and corrective actions

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong expertise in DCS/PLC systems and control logic
• Sound knowledge of process instrumentation and analytical devices
• Experience in chemical/Pigment manufacturing industry preferred
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
