Conduct outbound and inbound calls to introduce, promote, and sell products or services.Understand customer needs, provide accurate information, and address inquiries effectively.Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.Maintain a detailed record of calls, customer interactions, and feedback for analysis and follow-up.Handle objections and turn potential rejections into successful sales opportunities.Upsell and cross-sell products or services where applicable.Collaborate with team members to develop sales strategies and campaigns.Provide excellent customer service to build trust and loyalty.
