position: marketing & sales executive (female candidates only) - 3 positionscompany: micro sons(manufacturer of agri-waste shredder machines brand: durkya)location: plo , midc ambad, nashik - experience: minimum 3 years in sales & marketingjob responsibilities:promote and market durkya agri-waste shredder machines to farmers, dealers, and government agencies.develop and manage relationships with clients and channel partners.plan and execute marketing campaigns, product demonstrations, and exhibitions.achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.prepare reports, proposals, and presentations for business development.collect customer feedback, testimonials, and videos for marketing use.candidate requirements:education: mba in marketing & sales or any graduate with a strong marketing background.experience: minimum 3 years in sales and marketing (preferably in machinery, agri-equipment, or industrial sector).languages: fluency in english, marathi, and hindi (spoken and written).skills:excellent communication and presentation skills.strong negotiation and customer relationship abilities.self-driven, confident, and target-oriented.basic computer and digital marketing knowledge preferred.
