Job Title: order management & Supply chain management

Role: Process Specialist ( JL 3)

• Should have strong knowledge of O2C process (order management & Supply chain management)
• Should have strong knowledge on handling overseas/international customer orders
• Should have knowledge of EDI order, Manual order, and request on customer portal
• Should have basic know knowledge of production planning
• Should be able to handle various account with various order change request. Perform day-to-day Order management task.
• Perform various change request sent by various (like sales, Planning, Supply) team & update the effective counterpart Proactive & flexible to meet business requirement.
• Should co-ordinate with logistic, Order fulfilment, Planning, Finance & sales Team
• Should have knowledge on payment terms used in business
• Should have knowledge of load plans for the logistic team
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve order-related issues promptly
