Job Summary:

This role is part of a diverse team that supports multiple Lines of Business (LOBs) across the organization. The primary responsibility is to manage transaction exceptions and perform critical back-office functions to ensure operational accuracy and efficiency. The position requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work across multiple systems and processes.


Key Responsibilities:


Transaction Exception Management:

  • Handle front-end and back-end transaction rejects.
  • Resolve debit exceptions promptly and accurately.


Back Office Operations:

  • Process ACH rejects and returns.
  • Research and resolve missing deposits.
  • Perform monetary adjustments and financial reconciliations.
  • Manage equipment billing and related inquiries.
  • Respond to miscellaneous back-office email requests, including:

Contract requests

Statement requests

ACH returns/rejects


Cross-LOB Support:

  • Collaborate with multiple business units to ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.


Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and adjustments.
  • Prepare reports for internal audits and management reviews.


Qualifications:


Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).


Experience:

  • 2-4 years in financial operations, payment processing, or back-office support.
  • Familiarity with ACH processes and transaction exception handling.


Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and financial systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.


Documents to Carry:

  • Carry a printout your updated resume.
  • Carry any 2 photo Identity proof (PAN Card/Driving License/Voters ID card/Passport).
  • All original education documents needs to be available for verification.(10th, 12th, Graduation(Sem Wise Marksheet, CMM. Provisional and Original Degree)
