Job Description

• Designation-Sr. Systems Engineer
• Job Location-Jaipur
• Education-BE/BTECH
• Experience-3+Years
• Shift-24/7
• Role- Core IT OPS infrastructure
• Notice period-Immediate
• Must have skills- Core IT OPS Infra with good communication

Roles and Responsibilities,

• 3-4 years relevant experience in working on infrastructure operations for MNCs with minimum 10000 end users.
• Experience in managing multiple Active Directories, WSUS, Workspace One, Server, Anti-Virus Servers, MDT servers, Hyper-V, VMWare, IIS etc
• Active working knowledge of Windows, networking, storage, firewalls, security practices and certifications like MCSE, CCNA, ITIL processes etc.
• Excellent customer facing capabilities, communication, analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
• Day to day management of infrastructure operations in Infosys data centers
• PC, Email Exchange, IT Operations & Security, including Service Desk
• Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources
• Monitor and maintain technology to ensure maximum access
• Maintain log and/or list of required repairs and maintenance
• Provide network access to all staff and students
• Connect and set up hardware and manage all network, applications, desktops, servers' vendors
• Input and maintain static IP addresses
• Advise business operations staff of security breach and/or change in password or security status
• Identify and prepare hardware for disposal when appropriate
• Ensure hardware is stripped and secured before disposal
• 24/7 support exposure preferred.
• Excellent knowledge in MS Products, MS Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, Visio, Project, Office 365 etc...
