Banking Process , US Banking , Insurance , Lending operations , Loan operations , Loan Processing , Income calculations , Loan document verification . Determine the eligibility of loan applications , making loan eligibility decisions, Pre underwriting , collaterals .

Job Summary:

Process Specialist (U.S. Mortgage Underwriting)

Profile- Mortgage Underwriter responsible for evaluating and determine the eligibility of loan applications. The mortgage underwriter's responsibilities include analyzing and verifying loan applications, evaluating risks, and making loan eligibility decisions.

Key Responsibilities:- Ensure adherence to U.S. mortgage regulations and underwriting guidelines- Reviewing and verifying loan applications and supporting documentation as per compliance and regulatory standards- Analyzing loan risk and requesting additional information as necessary.- Perform internal Quality check, providing floor support and feedback to team members- Preparing reports on assessment findings.- Maintaining service level standards- Assisting in new-hire trainings

Qualifications- 3-4 years of experience in U.S. mortgage underwriting - Strong knowledge of U.S. mortgage regulations, guidelines, and underwriting processes- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills- Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Documents and things to Carry:

• Carry a print out your updated resume;
• Carry any 2 photo Identity proof (PAN Card/Driving License/Voters ID card/Passport).
• All original education documents need to be available for verification. (10th, 12th, Graduation (Sem Wise Marksheet, CMM. Provisional and Original Degree)
• Candidates to carry mobile charger and ear/headphones to the hiring venue for in-person assessments and evaluations
