1. ROLE SUMMARY

The War Room Coordinator is the primary command-center role responsible for real-time coordination between Clients, drive test teams, back-office analysts, and leadership team. This role ensures FCC methodology compliance, correct test execution (stationary + mobile), grid completion accuracy, route adherence, and daily reporting. The coordinator is the single point of contact inside the Clients War Room and directly reports to the client.
