Job Description

your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing excellent patient facing customer service
  • Handle enquires with a friendly and professional manner 
  • Manage clerical and administrative responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient information data collection and processing of medical records
  • Assist nursing staff with indirect patient care under the supervision of Nurse Unit Managers
  • Working across all wards within the hospital

    • Essential Criteria:

  • Experience in an acute patient focused healthcare facility/hospital 
  • Demonstrated knowledge with prosthetic billing an advantage
  • Highly developed interpersonal and time management skills with the ability to work in multidisciplinary work environments
  • Experience in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Flexible to work a variety of shifts - 7-day rotating rosters
